Returns & Exchanges

At 2POOD, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your training; if you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
